Anshu Gupta & Sanjiv Chaturvedi to get Ramon Magsaysay Award 2015

Anshu Gupta, founder of NGO Goonj & former Chief Vigilance Officer of AIIMS, Sanjiv Chaturvedi to be conferred with The Ramon Magsaysay Award 2015. In 2012, Anshu Gupta founder-director, was named India’s Social Entrepreneur of the Year 2012 by Schwab Foundation, a sister organization of World Economic Forum.

Sanjiv Chaturvedi is an Indian Forest Service officer and currently the Deputy Secretary of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). In 2014, Chaturvedi was relieved from the additional charge of CVO, although he continued to retain the Deputy Director post at AIIMS.
