Delhi ACB scraps ‘1031’ anti-corruption Helpline, launches 2 Numbers

Controversial Delhi ACB Chief MK Meena scrapped Arvind Kejriwal’s anti-corruption helpline, ‘1031’ and launched two new numbers – 011-23812905 and 011-23812906 as the new helpline number. The decision was taken, as calls made on 1031 were not being directed to the ACB for the last one month.

The ACB suspected that the Aam Aadmi Party diverted the calls to any other number. Meanwhile, the Delhi Government reacted to this decision angrily and issued a statement, calling Meena as an imperator and SS Yadav as the real ACB Chief. The Delhi Government quashed the order and termed ‘1031’ as the only anti-corruption helpline. But, it would be interesting to see who will win this fresh round of battle.
