Delhi Court dismisses Somnath Bharti’s Anticipatory Bail Plea

A Delhi Court has dismissed the anticipatory bail plea of AAP MLA and former Delhi Law Minister Somnath Bharti, who has been booked for domestic violence against his wife, Lipika Mitra. The Delhi Police had filed a FIR against him at Dwarka North Police Station in West Delhi under various sections of the IPC, including domestic violence and attempt to murder.
