India prepares 1,432 Page Terror Dossier with a Focus on Dawood

India has prepared a 1,432 page dossier on terror, which includes the activities of Dawood Ibrahim and Hafiz Saeed. The dossier will be presented before the UN. The dossier was supposed to be handed over to Pakistan NSA Sartaj Aziz by Ajit Doval. But, as the NSA level talks were cancelled, India will now present the dossier before the UN in order to seek extradition of Dawood Ibrahim, a key accused in 1993 Mumbai blasts.

India has listed all technical aspects of extradition process to make a strong argument that it should get Dawood’s extradition even if there is no official extradition treaty with Pakistan. All details of Dawood’s whereabouts, movements, assets and other links in Pakistan, have been listed in the dossier.
