—–   Cyclone Titli: 18414 Puri-Paradip Express & 18416 Puri-Kendujhargarh Express have been re-scheduled to leave Puri on 11.10.2018 (Thursday) at 0900 hrs instead of its scheduled departure at 0600 hrs. 12278 Puri-Howrah Shatabdi Express has been re-scheduled to leave Puri on 11.10.2018 (Thursday) at 0830 hrs instead of 0545 hrs.

—–   While Gopalpur reported 102 kmp, Kalingapatnam reported 56 kmp surface wind speed by 05.30 hrs IST today.

—–   A fishing boat with 5 fishermen onboard capsized in Gopalpur owing to severe cyclonic storm, however, one of the three disaster & rescue teams operating in Gopalpur Paradip area rescued all five fishermen & brought them to safety: Indian Coast Guard.

—–   Kupwara: Encounter underway between terrorists and security forces in Handwara’s Shartgund Bala. Two to three terrorists believed to be trapped. Internet services suspended in the area.

—–   Tripura: 3 terrorists belonging to Biswamohan faction of National Liberation Front of Tripura (NLFT (BM)) surrendered along with arms & ammunition before the 71st battalion of Border Security Force (BSF) in Ambassa yesterday
