Sushma Row: Govt goes Aggressive, Opposition stalls Rajya Sabha

As expected, there has been a stormy beginning to the monsoon session of the Parliament today. In Rajya Sabha, Congress leader Anand Sharma raised the issue of Sushma Swaraj-Lalit Modi issue and sought a debate with provisions for voting. BJP leader Arun Jaitley immediately agreed to a debate on this issue without any voting clause and said that Sushma Swaraj wants to make a statement. But, the Congress and other opposition parties did not agree to it and the House had to be adjourned.
