Whilstleblower Wylie confirms Congress-Cambridge Analytica Link

ONI Bureau: In a major embarrassment to the Congress Party in India and its President Rahul Gandhi, former Director of Cambridge Analytica and whistleblower in the entire episode, Christopher Wylie confirmed that the grand old party of India was their client.

“I believe their client was Congress in India. And, I should have some documentary evidences on it,” Wylie told the British Parliamentary Panel.

“The Cambridge Analytica (CA) worked “extensively” in India. I believe their client was Congress but I know that they have done all kinds of project. I don’t remember a national project but I know regionally. India’s so big that one state can be as big as Britain. But they do have offices there, they do have staff,” he added.

Wylie shot into the limelight last week after he alleged that Cambridge Analytica gathered details of 50 million Facebook users and used the data in US President Donald Trump’s 2016 election campaign.

Union Minister RS Prasad was quick to react and sought an apology from Rahul Gandhi, who said it publicly that Congress had no links with Cambridge Analytica.

Congress has rejected the claims made by Wylie and reiterated that it had no links with Cambridge Analytica.
