Holidays of CMC employees cancelled till Monday

ONI Bureau:  In the wake of heavy rainfall and waterlogging situation in different parts of the Twin City Cuttack and Bhubaneswar, holidays of Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) employees cancelled till Monday.

All officials directed to assist in relief and rescue operations. Around 200 motor pumps were installed to release water from many localities in the Cuttack City, informed CMC Commissioner Bikash Mohapatra today.

As per report, cooked meals made to provide as many as 7,000 people in the city who stranded in waterlogged area.
