MP Baijayant Panda condemns Shoe Attack on Odisha CM

ONI Bureau: While BJD, Congress and BJP condemned the shoe attack on CM Naveen Patnaik at Kumbhari in Barpali, suspended BJD MP Baijayant ‘Jay’ Panda too disapproved the act.

Jay Panda, who is now in Japan, leading a multi-party delegation of Indian MPs, has tweeted immediately after getting the news.

“I’m in Japan, leading a multi party delegation of Indian MPs & just heard abt this! As I’ve said several times before, i don’t condone any protest that is physical, which could hurt someone. Whatever the grouse, i wish the protestor wd have chosen a different, nonviolent way…”, he tweeted.
