Noted Odia Painter Dinanath Pathy passes away

Renowned Odia artist Dr Dinanath Pathy passed away following a cardiac arrest at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar today. He was 74.

Noted painter, writer and art historian, Dr  Pathy was a former Secretary of the Lalit Kala Akademi, and  the founder Principal of B.K College of Art & Crafts in Bhubaneswar.

Dr Pathy had also collaborations with German art historian Eberhard Fischer and the Rietberg Society in Zurich, Switzerland in 2014.
