Similipal National Park Reopens After COVID Hiatus
The Similipal National Park in Mayurbhanj district of Odisha re-opened on Sunday after COVID hiatus. The national park was closed down since March this year.
Tourists from Odisha and other parts of the country like West Bengal and Jharkhand visited the park on the first day. Visitors were asked to follow strict COVID guidelines in the Similipal National park.
Here are some details –
- For day tour, passes at Lulung and Jashipur gates are available.
- A maximum of 35 four-wheeler will be allowed to enter from Kaliani gate.
- For those, who wish to spend the night, will have to book tickets online at www.ecotourodisha.com.
