Smrutiranjan to represent Odisha at Intl Youth NGO’s Summit
International Youth NGO’s Summit is going to be held in Chennai from 24th July to 26th July of this year .With the support of United Nation “You Think Foundation” is organizing this first time in India .Three days long program having three themes “Peace, Prosperity and Environment”. Young leaders working in social fields from 120 countries are participating in this event. Countries like America, South Africa, Nigeria, Pakistan, Nepal, Afghanistan are sending their representatives to this summit .
Smrutiranjan Biswal, founder of Being Indian Foundation is invited as ‘State Speaker’ to represent Odisha in this international platform. He has been working for the armed forces welfare, breast cancer awareness by organizing programs like Kargil Vijay Diwas, Army Day, Pray for soldiers, etc., in Odisha. He will talk on the topic “Involvement of Youth in social welfare of INDIA” in this summit. Smrutiranjan is a M.Tech final year student at Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology. He believes it is not essential to join armed forces to serve the nation. We can work as a citizen soldier for our country.
