Tathagata Satpathy hints at action against Sanjay Dasburma

After Dr. Damodar Rout, Bhartruhari Mahatab and Nagendra Pradhan, BJD MP Tathagata Satpathy became the fourth senior-most leader to join the Sanjay Dasburma-Pajero debate. Tathagata adopted a balanced approach, but criticised both sides.

While hinting at action against Sanjay Dasburma, he said “rats destroy the crop at a godown, but later fall into the trap. They cannot escape. But, it does not mean that the entire godown would be destroyed because of a few rats”.

While defending the party and leader, Tathagata said, “Everything gets changed as per the circumstances. A proper decision will be taken at the right time to suit that changed circumstance”.

The Dhenkanal MP also gave a pep talk to the senior leaders, who had issued public statements on this issue. “It’s really unfortunate that some people are busy settling personal scores. The leaders who are talking today, should not forget their past. Whatever they say today, will remain part of history in future”, he said.
