Moderate Earthquake hits Japan

New York, May 13 (IANS) An earthquake measuring 6.8 on the Richter scale jolted Japan on Wednesday, the US Geological Survey said.
The epicentre was initially determined to be at 38.902 degrees north latitude and 142.0324 degrees east longitude, Xinhua reported. The depth of the epicentre was 38.86 km.
