Odisha Govt withdraws grant-in-aid affidavit clause for Teachers

ONI Bureau: In a big relief for teachers and staff of schools and colleges in Odisha, the State Government on Tuesday withdrew the grant-in-aid affidavit clause for teachers. Now the teachers are need to submit details about their court cases in a written format only.

Teachers under the banner of Orissa School College Teachers’ and Employees’ United Forum, too, threatened to take out anti-government rallies during the by-election in Bijepur assembly and warned to boycott annual Matric and Plus-II examinations if their demands are not fulfilled.
