HDFC Bank opens 111th Branch in Odisha at Patrapada

HDFC Bank Ltd has today reached an important milestone of 111 branches in Odisha. The 111th branch is an urban branch located at Patrapada in the Khurda District of the state. The branch was inaugurated by Mr. Gokul Chandra Pati, Chief Secretary, Odisha, in the presence of Mr. Debashis Senapati, Zonal Head, HDFC Bank and other senior officials of the bank.

The new branch will remain open six days a week, offering residents the flexibility to carry out their banking transactions at the time most convenient for them.

Speaking at the launch, Mr. DebashisSenapati, Zonal Head, HDFC Bank said: “Our extensive branch network in Odisha reiterates our commitment to take formal banking services to every part of the state. We are happy to serve the local populace, and by offering them our full range of banking services, even in rural ares, we hope to make a difference in their lives.”

As of December 31, 2014, the Bank had a distribution network with 3,659 branches and 11,633 ATMs in 2,287 cities/towns.
