Ranveer Singh to host ‘Crime Patrol’

Mumbai, Dec 1: As a tribute to the bravery of policemen in the country, TV show “Crime Patrol Satark” will telecast a special series with actor Ranveer Singh as its host.

In association with the “Bajiarao Mastani” team, for which Ranveer is essaying the role of Bajirao, Sony entertainment will have the actor hosting the show as a salute to the ‘Heroic Super Cops’ of India.

“I am glad to associate with Sony Entertainment Television’s longest running and pioneering crime show, Crime Patrol. This week ‘Crime Patrol Satark’ along with ‘Bajirao Mastani’ pays tribute to the ‘Heroic Super Cops’ of our country,” Ranveer said in a statement.

“I will be hosting the show for two episodes, thus making a contribution towards creating awareness about crime in our society. I have always admired and supported the show and it was a wonderful experience working with the ‘Crime Patrol Satark’ team,” he added.

The special episodes will be aired from December 14 to 17. (IANS)
