Shahid Kapoor to play Deepika’s Husband in Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’

Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor has been reportedly signed to play as Deepika Padukone’s husband Raja Rawal Ratan Singh in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming film ‘Padmavati.’

Reportedly, the actor agreed to do the film after a long list of terms and conditions. Shahid Kapoor ,who has just entered fatherhood, will not start the shoot immediately and he wants some changes in the script.

Deepika Padukone will play Padmavati , while  her real life beau Ranveer Singh will be seen leading the cast as the Sultan Alauddin Khilji.
