15-Day Training Programme on NVDA Odia Tool concluded
A fifteen days orientation programme on NVDA Odia Tool concluded on 29th April, 2015 afternoon at Vocational Rehabilitation Centre for Handicapped, Bhubaneswar which was jointly organized by Directorate for Welfare of PWD’s, Employment Mission, Institute of Social Work & Research and Vocational Rehabilitation Centre for Handicapped, in collaboration with National Association for the Blind, Delhi branch.
At the beginning of valedictory function a condolence prayer was observed for the deceased of devastated earthquake of India & Nepal.
The Director of SVNIRTAR Dr. R.N.Mohanty was the Chief Guest of the valedictory programme who has distributed the certificate among the successful participants. The Assistant Director of VRCH Sri Ram Kishore Sharma presented the Welcome Address and the Psychologist of VRCH Sri P.Mondal proposed the vote of thanks.
The students & teachers shares their experience about the programme and suggested to brief further improvement in NVDA Odia Tool in terms of pronunciation by involving the Technical expert in the field of Odia language.
The General Secretary of ISWAR Sri Sanyas Behera presided over the function and appreciated the mutual effort of the implementing partners for overall success of the programme. The event was ended with National Anthem.
