BPIA,Bhubaneswar observes Vigilance Awareness Week-2015
Bhubaneswar, Oct 26: As per the guidelines issued by Central Vigilance Commission, Vigilance Awareness Week for the year 2015 would be observed from 26th to 31st October 2015 by Airports Authority of India. The theme identified for observance of VAW-2015 is “Preventive Vigilance as a tool of Good Governance.”
The VAW was inaugurated at Biju Patnaik International airport, Bhubaneswar on today by lightening of lamp by the Airport Director, Shri Sharad Kumar and other senior officers in the New Integrated Office Complex of Bhubaneswar Airport. On this occasion all the employees of Bhubaneswar Airport took pledge that they shall work unstintingly for eradication of corruption in all spheres of life. They shall remain vigilant and work towards the growth and reputation of the organisation. As a part of this celebration, many activities like debates, lectures, essay writing competitions on moral values, ethics, good governance practices etc. would be organised amongst all the employees.
