PM Modi welcomes Geeta, announces Rs 1 Cr Reward for Edhi Foundation

Prime Minister Narendra Modi met ‘India’s Daughter’ Geeta this evening and showed his affection towards her. Geeta held PM’s arm tightly as if she wanted full security and protection from him.

Modi welcomed Geeta and said he felt great to see her back in India. The PM expressed confidence and hope that she would get united with her parents following the DNA test.

PM Modi has also announced Rs 1 crore reward for Edhi Foundation that took care of Geeta in Pakistan and facilitated her return to India with the help of Pakistan Government.
