Civic felicitation to Dr. Prakash during observance of Constitution Day

Bhubaneswar, Nov 28: As per the announcement of the Hon’ble Primeminister of India, the Sambidhan Diwas was observed with a grand show at the conference hall of I&PR, Govt. of Odisha Friday here.

During the observation Dr. Prakash Chandra Panigrahi, President of Niladrivihar Youth & Cultural Association was given a civic felicitation for the remarkable contribution to the field of Art, Culture and Social Service for more than two decades.

In the topic of discussion of the importance of our proud constitution and provision for senior citizens
there in joining as the Chief Guest of the occasion the Chairman of the State Social Welfare Board Smt. Nivedita Nayak urged for the introduction of value based and moral education in the school and
felicitated Dr. Prakash.

During the occasion Dr. Prakash presided over the meeting and placed a brief highlight of the important points of the constitution and the problems with the solution of the sr. citizens. Among others the Director of the Utkal Institute of Medical Sciences and chief of the Nuclear Medicine Prof. (Dr.) Birendra Kumar Das, Eminent columnist and Sr. journalist Shri Sudhansu Mohapatra, Director of SOS children village, Members of Prajapita Brahamakumari, senior citizens, personalities excelled in different fields were present.

Working as a senior faculty at DAV Public School, Chandrasekharpur from 1995 Dr. prakash keeping a keen interest in the social and cultural activities. Earlier, Dr. prakash has been conferred with Rajiv Gandhi Rashtriya Ekta Samman, Nagar Bandhu Samman, Patia Gada Samman, Monomanini Samman, Bijayashree Samman for the relentless service to the concern field. The Sr. Citizens, Intellectuals and the local people congratulated Dr. prakash and wish him all success in future.
