ECoR submits land requirement details to Odisha Govt

The East Coast Railway submitted the land requirement details of two important Railway projects including Jeypore – Nabarangpur railway project as well as the Narla Electric Engine POH (Periodic Overhauling) workshop project.

These two projects will help in fostering the growth and development of nearby areas and local populations are expected to get benefit from the projects.

The State government has offered land for these two projects free of cost and Railways were asked to identify the land areas which could be used for the projects. The Railways, on their part, have already identified the land areas required and submitted the requirement to the State government through the respective Land Acquisition officers.
