15 Killed, 20 Injured in Shooting at Community College of Oregon

A shooter fired indiscriminately to kill at least 15 people and injure 20 others at the Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon. The shooter has been taken into custody. The injured have been rushed to hospital. Roseburg is a city of about 20,000 people, and located some 260 miles (418 km) south of Portland.
