ONI Bureau:   —–   Cyclonic Storm ‘Daye’: The state government has cancelled Muharram holiday of employees in 5 districts including in Nayagarh, Ganjam, Gajapati, Puri and Khordha districts of Odisha in view of heavy cyclonic rain. However, Collectors in other districts will take decisions regarding the holiday after assessing rainfall situations.

—–    Not a very major cyclone, no need to panic; all preparatory meausres are being taken, says Chief Secretary Aditya Prasad Padhi.
