Death toll from Indonesia’s Quakes, Tsunami climbs to 2,045

ONI Bureau:  The death toll from the 7.5-magnitude earthquake and tsunami in Indonesia’s Sulawesi Island has risen to 2,045, the Indonesian national disaster agency said on Wednesday, a day before the search operation ended.

As per report, the deadly disaster destroyed a total of 67,310 houses in Palu. Around 5,000 people remained missing, while 2,549 people were severely injured in the strong quakes.
