2nd Campus of RD Women’s University to be set up in Gothapatna

ONI Bureau:   The second campus of Rama Devi Women’s University will be set up at Gothapatna, on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar, informed State Higher Education Minister Ananta Das on Thursday.

The State Government will provide around 30-acre land near International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Bhubaneswar.

Earlier, the State Govt has decided to set up the 2nd Campus of RD Women’s University at the premises of the Utkal University in Vani Vihar, Bhubaneswar but dropped the plan after students of Utkal University protested the government’s decision.
