BJD to raise Mahanadi, Polavaram and Paddy MSP in Parliament

ONI Bureau:  A significant BJD party meeting was chaired by BJD supremo and Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at Naveen Niwas on Saturday ahead of Parliament’s Budget session (phase-II), going to begin from March 5.

The party MP Kalikesh Singh Deo informed to newsmen that BJD will raise the issue on Mahanadi tribunal, paddy MSP and Polavaram issues on the Budget session of Parliament.

Apart from these, the issues like pending Railway Projects in Odisha, special package to ffarmers, special assistance for KBK region, to bring Odisha under 1 Railway zone will be discussed on the Parliament.

All BJD MPs from Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha attended the crucial meeting to chalk out party strategy for upcoming second phase Budget Session.
