BJD’s month-long ‘Jansampark Padyatra’ begins from Oct 2

The ruling BJD started its month-long ‘Jansampark Padyatra’ (peoples’ contact programme) on Sunday to sensitise people about its various developmental initiatives ahead of the panchayat polls.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated the annual peoples’ contact programme at Nuagaon under Samantarapur area in the presence of many Ministers and party leaders.

The party have planned to meet the common people at block and panchayat level across the state for a full month from October 2 to November 2.
