BJP’s 12-hour bandh hits normal life in Hirakud

ONI Bureau:  Normal life was thrown out of gear in Hirakud in Sambalpur district on Wednesday following a 12-hour bandh observed by BJP demanding compensation for family of the 2 persons who were killed in road accident on Tuesday.

Commuters are facing problem as bus services through the Hirakud Municipality area route were cancelled.

While schools, colleges, other educational institutions, shops and establishments remained closed in most areas, movement of vehicular traffic too remained disrupted in many places.
