CM Naveen Patnaik to meet Modi in Delhi

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will visit New Delhi tomorrow to have a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss various issues, including budgetary allocation, central grants and assistance as well as other development issues.

The CM will attend the first meeting of the Governing Council of NITI Aayog on Sunday, which will be chaired by PM Modi.

In the last four months, Naveen Patnaik has visited New Delhi several times to hold discussions with the PM and other Ministers, including Finance Ministe Arun Jaitley. It is believed that he will get some good news for Odisha on this visit, which is very significant ahead of the Union Budget 2015-16, which will be presented on February 28.
