Congress to hold “Jan Akrosh March” on Monday protesting Demonitisation

Odisha Pradesh Congress will hold “Jan Akrosh March” across all districts and blocks in Odisha on November 28, protesting Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s move of demonitisation of old Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes.

All India Congress Committee (AICC) has called for the nation-wide Jan Akrosh on Monday where protest rallies will be taken place in all districts and blocks across the State.

This was informed by the Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) President Prasad Harichandan on Thursday.

Criticizing the Centre, Prasad Harichandan said around 60 people has died due to the decision of the government and people have to wait hours in queues in banks to change the notes.
