Congress to hold Peaceful Dharna at all PHCs, CHCs in Odisha

The Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) will stage peaceful dharna in front of all Primary and Community Health Centres across the State today citing worst health cervices across the State.

In recent past, some heart touching incidents were occurred in connection with poor health services in the state The highlights were Nagada malnutrition death, Dana Majhi issue, deaths due to malaria in Koraput and shortage of doctors at hospitals.

The Congress party has maintained that the protest will not affect the health care services in medicals for today’s  dharana. Meanwhile, security has been tightened across the State to avoid any untoward incident.
