Contractual Nurses in Odisha put strike on hold till March

ONI Bureau: The agitating contractual staff nurses appointed under the National Health Mission (NHM) on Wednesday put their strike across Odisha on hold till March 2018.

They have called off strike after the State Govt officials assured to look into their matter. Reportedly, they will join duty from tomorrow.

Is to be noted that as many as 2,000 contractual staff nurses across Odisha were on cease-work agitation demanding job regularisation, hike in salary and hike in Grade Pay.
