East Coast Railway to run 19 Pairs of Special Trains for Dusshera

Bhubaneswar, Sep 25: Indian Railways has been preparing to run additional train during the festival of Dusshera. Considering the rush of additional travelers during the festival time, Railway authorities of East Coast Railway (ECR) have decided to run 19 special trains.

According to officials, the special trains including weekly and bi-weekly trains will run from its ECR jurisdiction to various destinations in India. These 19 trains will add 4 lakh additional berth to ease the additional passengers during the festival time.

The special trains included Bhubaneswar-Patna weekly special, Sambalpur-Yesvantpur weekly special, Puri-Santragachi weekly special, Bhubaneswar-Bangalore Cant-Bhubaneswar bi-weekly superfast Suvidha special and Howrah-Puri-Howrah weekly Tatkal special.
