Fire in Rayagada CRPF Godown guts Files, Assets; No Casualties

ONI Bureau:  A fire mishap occurred at the camp of 4th Battalion of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in Kasturi Nagar area of Rayagada district headquarters.

Though properties worth over Rs 2 crore, including important files and assets were gutted, no loss of life has been reported in the blaze. Fire tenders have been deployed to the spot to douse the flames.

Electric short-circuit is suspected to be the cause for the fire mishap.
