Indian Men’s Hockey Team Jersey unveiled for Hockey World Cup 2018

ONI Bureau:  Brand new jersey for Indian Men’s Hockey team was unveiled in Mumbai on Friday with Odisha’s name on the heart of the jersey.Hockey legends including Dhanraj Pillay, Dilip Tirkey and Ajit Pal Singh attended the event. The jersey has been designed by renowned fashion designer Narendra Kumar.

Ahead of Hockey World Cup 2018 scheduled to be held from 28 November to 16 December, at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar, State Government will also launch ‘Hockey Adda’ which is being described as an on-ground interaction with Hockey players, past and present, and experts.

As per report, Odisha Sports department completed the reconstruction work of International standard swimming pools inside the Kalinga Stadium premises for taking care of world’s champion players.
