Jan Aakrosh Diwas: All Edu Institutions to remain closed today in Odisha

Odisha Government on Sunday announced closure of all Government and Private educational institutions in Odisha on Monday in view of Jan Akrosh Diwas organised across the country by opposition parties.

A notification issued from the Chief Minister’s Office on Sunday said that as a safety measure of the students, the State Government has taken this step.

The opposition parties including, Congress, Bahujan Samaj Party, Samaj Party, Left parties, NCP, DMK and RJD are holding the protest rally across the Country protesting Centre’s demonetization move.

Notably, members of CPI, CPI-M, CPI-ML, SUCI and Forward Bloc will stage demonstrations in front of the RBI office, SBI branches across the state today.
