Journalist, Activist Sai Prasan dies in Nagpur

Sai Prasan, Eminent Journalist, Writer, Social Activist and founder of Janata Vikas Manch, passed away while travelling to Rourkela from Mumbai. He was hospitalised in Nagpur following some uneasiness and breathing issues, but the doctors failed to save his life.

He was on his way to Rourkela via Gitanjali Express to address a seminar on Media Convergence. Sai Prasan was unmarried. His family members are staying in Visakhapatnam.

Sai Prasan worked with various newspapers and agencies before founding Janata Vikas Manch. He had worked with UNI at one stage. He was an active member of Covil Society and also worked hard to promote social awareness. He mostly worked in Odisha, Andhra Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
