Mayor Row: Congress Activists clash with Police

Congress activists, Student wings and Mahila Congress activists clashed with police at Raj Mhahal Square today, demanding CBI probe into the alleged involvement of BMC Mayor Anant Jena in sex video scandal and Rishi murder case.

Many leaders, including Student Congress President Itish Pradan, Youth Congress leader Loknath Maharathy were injured in the incident.

The Commissionerate police has arrested hundreds of Congress workers in this connection.

Notably, on Thursday the opposition Congress leveled sexual slur charge against the BMC Mayor after a sex video allegedly involving him went viral on social media.
