Naveen Patnaik sacks Damodar Rout from Council of Ministers

ONI Bureau: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today dismissed senior leader and Agriculture Minister Damodar Rout from his Council of Ministers over his  derogatory remarks on Brahmins.

“I strongly disapproves who makes derogatory remarks against any caste, creed or religion. In this regard a letter has been sent to the Governor to accept this dismissal,” said the Chief Minister.
