Naveen Patnaik slams Centre on Biju Birth Anniversary

On the auspicious occasion of 99th Birth Anniversary of legendary Biju Patnaik, Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik slammed the Centre for showing bias in allocating funds to the state in 14th Finance Commission. He alleged central apathy towards Odisha’s interests and said while West Bengal and Bihar got special package. Odisha was neglected yet again. The centre should not forget that Odisha has been a victim of frequent natural disasters, he said.
