Odisha CM felicitates Malkangiri Doctor for selfless service

Insight Bureau:  Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday felicitated Malkangiri Doctor Omkar Hota, for his selfless service in the cut-off tribal areas of the district.

It is to be noted that Doctor Hota, was walking the extra mile to help a woman struggling to deliver a baby and later carrying her on cot for 8 kms to the hospital.
