Odisha COVID-19: Vaccine Shortage Continues

Vaccine shortage continues to persist in Odisha, with many unable to take the second dose in the state.

Odisha is facing shortage of Covishield vaccines. To vaccinate the age group of 45+ years, the state requires 6.3 doses of Covishield. However, only 1.1 lakh doses are available.

Odisha has 3.34 doses of covaxin available. On Thursday, the vaccine drive was suspended in at least 12 districts of Odisha due to shortage.
