Odisha to celebrate Panchayati Raj Divas and Birth Centenary of Biju Patnaik

State level Panchayati Raj Divas and Birth centenary of legendary Biju Patnaik will be celebrated on March 5 at Janta Maidan, Bhubaneswar. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will inaugurate the programme. According to Panchayati Raj Minister Arun Sahu, around 20,000 PRI members will attend the programme.

The programme will start from 10 am. Mr. Patnaik will unveil Utkal Prasang, Odisha Review, Panchayati Raj diary and launch the Odisha Gramin Bikash portal. The Three Tier Institutions will be awarded for their success in all round development.

On the occasion of birth centenary of legendary Biju Patnaik, many development programmes will take place in   many sectors and that will continue till 5 March 2017.
