OERC cancels licenses of 3 Power Distribution Companies

The Odisha Energy Regulatory Commission (OERC) has cancelled the licenses of three power distribution companies – NESCO, WESCO and SOUTHCO, which operated under Reliance Energy. The decision to revoke their license was taken after their work was found unsatisfactory. The GRIDCO CMD has been appointed as the the administrator of these three companies with immediate effect.
