Patnagarh Wedding Gift Blast: Punjilal’s bail plea rejected

ONI Bureau:The Additional District and Sessions Court of Bolangir today rejected the bail plea of Punjilal Meher, the accused in connection with Patnagarh wedding gift explosion in Balangir district that killed two persons and left another in critical condition on February 23.

Worth mentioning, Punjilal who is senior English lecturer by profession was arrested on April 25 by Odisha Crime Branch. As per the Crime Branch investigation, Punjilal had alone made the bomb and booked it at a courier company near Raipur railway station.
