Permanent HC Bench demand: Sambalpur Bar Association stages black-flag protest
ONI Bureau: The Sambalpur District Bar Association launched black-flag protest during Finance Minister Sashi Bhusan Behera’s visit in Sambalpur today demanding a permanent High Court bench in the region. The Minister Behera is scheduled to attend a programme at GM University today.
Lawyers scuffled with police during the rally near church chhak in Sambalpur. Over 150 advocates have taken into custody reportedly.
