Santanu Patra’s Wife & her Lover arrested

Insight Bureau:  Puri Sadar Police today arrested Santanu Patra’s wife Anita Pradhan and her lover Amaresh Swain over alleged extramarital affair that leads to Santanu’s death.

A case has been registered into the incident under Sections 294, 323, 306 and 34 of IPC on the basis of a complaint lodged by the family of of Patra.

Reportedly, Santanu killed self by hanging himself on a tree, after going live on the social media platform Facebook for at least 15 minutes.

Puri SP Sarthak Sarangi informed that the mobile records of duo confirmed that they have extra-marital affair after marriage, on the basis of what police arrested them and forwarded them to court.
