Sudarsan Pattnaik creates Sand Art to mark Utkal Divas

Renowned Sand Artist Sudarsan Pattnaik has created sand art on Puri Sea Beach and Biju Patnaik International Airport in Bhubaneswar to wish everyone in Odisha and Odias staying outside on the proud occasion of Utkal Divas today. Odisha, which was founded on 1st April, 1936, is celebrating 80 years of its glorious existence.
